Death of Micheala Harte

This is such a tragedy a beautiful vibrant woman who was just married strangled to death on her honeymoon in Mauritius. So sad for her family.In interviews I've seen today she was such a bubbly, happy person. May she rest in peace

I got this book for Christmas I just love it. Her patterns are so unique. I'm so proud she's Irish.

Snow Forecast

Back to the gym

Back to spinning class today managed to do 22.5 km however it was me and a class full of men. Looking forward to next week when the female january enthusiasts return. I actually do not feel too bad this evening wait till tomorrow

Detox

There is never a right day to begin but today is the day to give up any food I love and all wine etc etc............of course Zoe cooked cupcakes.

Went to Cork to watch my son play rugby what a match they scored 2 tries and converted both in the last 4 minutes . So exciting and well deserved to a team who played their heart out. Rugby at its best against a good team. Also it only took just over 2 hours to get there on the new motorway as opposed to the former 3 to 4 hours. one of the benefits of the celtic tiger our new motorways.

New Year New Resolution

Well I have managed to achieve my 2011 new years resolution to start a blog. Well now I do not have to write anything else as it was just to start a blog I said nothing about writing anything. Just have to decide what I will cover in this blog as one thing for sure my family will not wish to be included teenagers do not enjoy reading about themselves
