The 15% off cosmetics is particularly good and I recommend Caroline on the Elemis counter and the lady on the Laura Mercier counter as very helpful. I find the staff in general are so friendly and helpful.
It is lovely to go ou for something to eat afterwards and discuss your evenings purchases. (by the way I have no connections with the shop). If you are not on their mailing list give them a ring. This evening usually starts my summer fun.
