I had the pleasure of knowing Shane through family connections. He was a genuine person a very huggy man someone who I sat beside day in day out during a tough time. I looked forward to his smile his common sense and his humanity. It is beyond tragic for his family and friends. He was a special person and I suppose that is why so many people are upset. He left behind so many unanswered questions. He was special both inside and out.
Only the best die young. You will be so missed.
