There were 2 good things about coming home. The sun and rain have meant the flowers in the garden are in full bloom which makes for a great floral display.

Rocky missed me and has had lots of cuddles for me plus he is following me around like my shadow.

Customer Service

sometimes companies do care. I was overcharged by over 1000 euro by an energy provider. Customer service who dealt with my initial complaint were both inefficient and uncaring. I then contacted the MD who sorted everything out.

The next day these flowers were delivered which cheered me up.
