Flowers

I hope you all had a lovely Mother's Day. I was spoilt and received lovely flowers and a lovely gift.

I have also been adding a few Easter bits and pieces to brighten up the house.

Flowers

Thank you all for your lovely comments I am feeling much better but this cold weather always affects my asthma so fingers crossed it is not going to snow as predicted. Although sometimes I think it gets a little warmer when it snows.

So I have put away my decorations and did a little organising around the house. I like to add colour this time of year as the light outside is so dull and grey.

So here is a little look at the flowers around my house.

I do not like to get flowers on valentines day I prefer to get flowers on an ordinary day when I think they mean so much more.

Flowers

Well I made it down to my summer home in torrential rain of course I've packed for summer with shorts, camis,sun dresses, kaftans etc. etc. I really need wellies, fleeces, scarves and rain gear.

I cut some flowers from my garden and enjoyed putting them throughout the house to cheer me up and add some colour.
