Holiday

My husband has been off work this week and although we decided not to go away due to the awful weather we went on day trips instead.

My favourite was our visit to Powerscourt in Enniskerry County Wicklow. It is just so beautiful.

We had lunch in Avoca did some shopping in both the house and the garden centre which had the healthiest plants I have seen in ages.

We finished off the day with a drink in the Ritz Carlton.

I know some bloggers have been slightly disappointed when they have visited Dublin recently I could not recommend this area more .

    Oh my gosh this place is stunning, it has everything: the water, the green, the regalness and I had forgotten how incredibly green Ireland is. California is usually brown hills (they call it golden here)
