Weekend

We are basking in the most wonderful sunshine. I must admit I am not a great sun bather but I am playing lots of tennis, walking the dog and sitting outside until late at night.

I have gone for many early walks when the scenery has been simply stunning.

I also joined a yoga class which I have so enjoyed.

I am on my own with Rocky during the week which can be lonely at times but a great opportunity also to read and reflect.

Weekend

It is the weekend and the sun has shone all week and this little village has been so busy with day trippers visiting the beach.

My husband and son have arrived down early. I think the dog was craving some male bonding and rough and tumble.

I had a busy week of walking , tennis, yoga and sunbathing. I have not ventured into the sea yet but maybe soon.

I went out for a glass of wine last night and returned many hours later so I am a little lazy today.

I have spent my week in shorts so I look forward to dressing up a little.

Pardon my absence i know I have been a little quite.  It takes a lot of work to pack up for the summer, leave your house in order and then unpack and open up the summer house.

My Internet connection is very intermittent so forgive me it is very difficult to comment on other blogs yesterday it took me half an hour to leave just one comment.  But i am still looking in on all my favourite blogs.

The weather has been glorious I feel I am on the French Rivera .

It is a grey day here today so I thought I would do a fashion post on a lady who loves to wear colour and wears it so well and she is not in her twenties.

It is the Queen the lady who wears colour better than anyone I know ( not that I know her really) .her main dressmaker is Angela Kelly and with a name like that she comes from Ireland.
