Weekend

It is very windy and wet here today not the best day for shopping or traveling. I hope these gale force winds disappear. It is difficult to know what to wear in this weather.

I had a fun time in Belfast and bought lots. I was lucky to get my light fitting which I had wanted I love when that happens.  The city looked particularly lovely and festive.

The decorations are up, tree is up, cake is almond iced, cards sent so I think it is time to relax a little and savour the atmosphere and remember the real meaning of Christmas. In our fast paced life I sometimes find I do not stop and enjoy the moment.

My mum is in hospital after major surgery so you will have to forgive me if I do not post or comment in the next while as I will spending time with her. If I can I will.

I hope your preparations are going well and you are enjoying the build up to the big day.

The before

The after

I made this little arrangement

A little bit of festive Belfast

A kids dream

The light I managed to buy.

Trying to take his Christmas photo takes a long time

This ornament always makes me laugh

We are all excited about Christmas here

Just love this photo

Have a lovely weekend
